"It is our aspiration that all people of Amsterdam with disabilities have an opportunity to become participants in our city"
The B-WISE consortium is thrilled to invite you to Brussels for an upcoming event that promises to be enlightening and empowering. Join us on November 13th at the European Economic and Social Committee, Rue van Maerlant 2, Room VMA23 for the final event of B-WISE: Boosting employment of workers with support needs and boosting skills for work integration.
During this event, the B-WISE consortium will present and discuss the results and achievements attained by the project, showcasing how we’ve revolutionized the way Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs) support and uplift individuals facing employment challenges. To do this, everyone working in a WISE should have the right skills to create and deliver their products and services. WISE’s are crucial in offering meaningful job opportunities, but they must navigate the delicate balance between employee support and local economic demands.
Join us as we showcase how B-WISE crafted innovative, cross-European yet locally tailored training materials designed to meet diverse needs and empower every individual to thrive in the workplace. This is your chance to hear from key stakeholders, engage in discussions on the implementation of the European WISE Skills Strategy, and explore insightful policy recommendations that will shape the future of WISEs across Europe. “Here” you can find all the information and the agenda of the final B-WISE event.
Furthermore, on November 14th, everyone interested in the WISE sector can join the BuyWISEly conference that dives into inspiring case studies and successful partnerships between WISEs and mainstream businesses, showcasing the best practices across Europe. Here you can find more information about the BuyWISEly project.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to be part of a movement that’s making a tangible improvement in the social and professional inclusion of the labor market. We can’t wait to see you in Brussels on November 13th!
